iNgxolo Tactical Unit (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2018/491608/07) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit ingxolo.com or contact us.

1. Who we are

2. What this website collects

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no databases, no tracking cookies and no analytics. We do not collect or store any personal information on this website's servers.

• The "Send Us a Message" button opens an email in your own email application. Your message travels directly from you to us by email — it is never stored on, or processed by, this website.
• If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive the contact details you choose to share (name, phone number, email address and the content of your message).
• Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security purposes, under its own privacy policy.
• The site can be installed as an app and caches pages on your own device for offline use. That cache stays on your device and can be cleared in your browser settings.

3. Why we use your information

We use contact details you give us only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, schedule assessments and deliver services you request, and to keep records the law requires us to keep.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only when needed to deliver a service you requested, or where the law or a court requires disclosure.

5. Security and retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept confidential, protected with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, and retained only as long as needed to handle your matter or as required by law.

6. Your rights under POPIA

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Send any request to enquiries@ingxolo.com.
